Our services related to regulated Luxembourg vehicles include the following:

Domiciliation services
- Provision of registered office
- Maintenance of all documents, accounting records, prospectuses and annual reports for 10 years
- Assistance in the convening, organisation and holding of the board of directors’ meetings
- Assistance in dispatching of the prospectus and financial reports to the intervening parties

Registrar & Transfer Agency services
- Ensuring that the investors meet required legal criteria
- Processing of income distributions
- Opening and maintenance of the shareholders’ register
- Processing of subscriptions, capital calls, redemptions and/or transfer of shares

Reporting services
- Computation of Net Asset Value (NAV)
- Recording of accounting entries and drafting of financial reports, balance sheet and the profit and loss account on an ad-hoc basis (Luxembourg GAAP and IFRS)
- Preparation of reports to be submitted to the CSSF, BCL
- Transmission of all available information and supporting documents to the independent auditors
- Deposit and publication of annual accounts with the Trade and Company Register

- "Convening of the shareholders" meeting by sending the proxy forms and the related reports
- Recording and publication of the resolutions of the meeting in the form of extracts
- Drafting of the minutes of the annual meeting and the list of attendees

Tax compliance services
- Preparation of the tax returns
- Transmission of the instructions to pay the subscription tax
