• Central administration of regulated Luxembourg vehicles :
  • SIF (“Specialised Investment Fund”) is a lightly regulated vehicle enabling flexible and fiscally efficient multi-purpose investments.
  • SICAR (“Société d’Investissement en Capital à Risque”, the French abbreviation of the investment company in risk capital): is tailored for structuring venture capital and private equity projects.
  • The securitisation vehicle allows investors to transfer the risks or the ownership linked to assets in an attractive legal framework.
• Domiciliation and central administration related to Luxembourg special purpose vehicles (such as Soparfi) for local and foreign funds
