The International Fiscal Association (IFA) was established in 1938 with its headquarters in the Netherlands. It is the only non-governmental and non-sectoral international organisation dealing with fiscal matters. Its objects are the study and advancement of international and comparative law in regard to public finance, specifically international and comparative fiscal law and the financial and economic aspects of taxation. Experta Luxembourg is a member of the Association Luxembourgeoise d’Etudes Fiscales (the Luxembourg branch of the IFA) and the International Fiscal Association.

The Association Luxembourgeoise des Fonds d’Investissement (ALFI) is the official representative body for the Luxembourg investment fund industry and was set up in November 1988 to promote its development. The Association Luxembourgeoise des Fonds d’Investissement plays a proactive role in leading industry efforts to turn the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg into the most attractive international centre for domiciling and distributing investment and pension funds and the main gateway to the European and global fund markets.
