    Professional background

    Marie joined Experta in 2009 and became the Managing Director in early 2010. She has been working at the Dexia Group since 1996 holding several positions during her career.

    Before joining Experta, Marie was the Head of Compliance of Dexia Group, and, earlier in her career she was the Head of Compliance at Dexia BIL.

    She has a thorough experience in internal audit, operational risk management, business risk management and compliance in Dexia Private Banking.

    Professional background

    Olivier has been with Experta since 2007 as the Head of Private Wealth Management. He is responsible for several departments: client relationship management for different markets, corporate engineering, corporate services and marketing.

    He joined Dexia BIL Private Banking in 2001 after holding various positions at Natexis – Banques Populaires and Banque Continentale du Luxembourg (KB Group).

    During his career in Dexia BIL Olivier had been the Head of Private Banking Centre and Mediterranean markets following 2 years of professional experience at Dexia SIM Private Banking in Milan.

    Professional background

    Cédric has been working at Experta since 2011, as the Head of the Institutional Client Services department, managing a team of 13 people.

    Cédric has 11 years experience in Alternative Investment Services. Before joining Experta, he was a senior manager at RBC Dexia Investor Services, specializing in real estate and private equity investments. He has extensive experience in several different aspects of the investment fund business, such as transfer agency, fund accounting, consolidation, operations, risk monitoring and audit.

    Before joining RBC Dexia, Cédric spent 3 years at PWC.

    Professional background

    Dominique arrived in Experta in 2010 to become the Head of the Compliance and Legal department.

    She has been with Dexia BIL since 1992. Before joining Experta, she was the Head of Corporate Compliance at Dexia BIL.

    Earlier in her carrier, Dominique hold several positions at Dexia BIL. She used to be a legal analyst in the Corporate Compliance department, a credit analyst in the Credit risks team, and an account officer in the Corporate Finance department.
