Our mission
At Experta we provide the tailor-made solutions related to corporate and investment structures via the use of unregulated and regulated Luxembourg vehicles, as well as other international instruments to our international private and institutional clientele.
Our history
The Corporate Engineering business line was set up over 50 years ago in DEXIA Banque Internationale à Luxembourg S.A. In 2002, the activity was spun-off and Experta was incorporated as a subsidiary of the bank.
For more than five decades we have been working with our clients, gaining along the way considerable expertise.

Experta’s international clientele consists of private, corporate and institutional clients who benefit from our personal and professional approach.
Our team
Our 75 multilingual professionals are skilled in various areas, for example, taxation, corporate services, consolidation and accounting.
The expertise and flexibility of our team ensure that we provide the tailor-made services in relation to the regulated and unregulated vehicles.
Our supervisory authority and licenses
We are licensed by the Luxembourg Banking Supervisory Authority (CSSF) pursuant to the law of 5 April 1993, to act as a Professional of the Financial Sector (“PSF”) by having the following agreements:
- investment advisor,
- transfer agent,
- administrative agent,
- domiciliation agent,
- and communication agent.
